Day-to-Day:
- Review cost estimates, contractor documentation, and scope of work - Conduct installation inspections at applicant homes - Take photos and document findings; complete pass/fail inspection reports using a company laptop - Review invoices vs. awarded amounts to determine payments - Coordinate with contractors to resolve documentation issues - Support resolution of applicant-contractor concerns - Collaborate with intake specialists and internal staff - Maintain accurate file documentation and reportsPlan and execute inspections scheduled 1-2 days in advance

Skills and Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Valid Illinois Plumbing License (must be verified) - Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing or construction field (must be verified) - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to inspection sites - Ability to conduct on-site inspections and document findings - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to review documentation, invoices, and scope of work - Bilingual (English/Spanish) Plusses: - Experience working with contractor coordination or dispute resolution - Familiarity with inspection reporting tools/softwarePrior experience in residential property inspections
