Now Hiring: Bindery Operators – Aurora, IL
Location: Aurora, IL
Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift Openings
Pay: $22–$27+ per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
We're looking for experienced Bindery Operators to join a growing team in Aurora, IL. If you have experience operating commercial bindery equipment and are looking for a great temp-to-hire opportunity, we'd like to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate commercial-grade bindery equipment.
Operate MBO and Vijuk folders.
Read job tickets and follow setup instructions accurately.
Adjust and troubleshoot equipment to ensure quality production.
Perform quality inspections on finished products to identify defects.
Complete routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of folder machinery.
Load and unload heavy paper stock and pallets into equipment.
Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience operating MBO and Vijuk folders.
Experience with Polar cutters is a plus, but not required.
Basic math skills and the ability to read a ruler or tape measure.
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend frequently, and routinely lift 30–50 lbs.
