Schedule:Night Shift | 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to pass pre-employment reading and ruler tests
Minimum of 1 year of lamination, coating, or extrusion machine operating experience
Ability to accurately read a ruler or tape measure to 1/16
Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, stretch, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift
Comfortable working around chemicals and occasional strong odors
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Job Duties
Operate lamination equipment while maintaining production and quality standards
Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process
Complete daily housekeeping logs and production documentation
Direct and support machine helpers during production
Follow production schedules and run orders
Complete all required paperwork for each production order
Prepare material pull sheets for upcoming jobs
Place or direct helpers to place color-coded flags during roll changes
Check adhesive basis weights at the end of each production roll
Ensure finished rolls are properly labeled before inventory
Complete inventory documentation for finished materials
Communicate material and supply needs to the Lamination Supervisor
Assist with additional production duties as assigned
