Kelly is Hiring: Food Assembly Associates

Location: Romeoville, IL

Looking to jump-start your career in food production?

No experience needed-just bring your positive energy and willingness to learn!

Shifts & Pay:

+ 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm ($16/hr.)

+ 2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm ($17/hr.)

What You’ll Do:

+ Work in a refrigerated environment (37°F and below)

+ Inspect and ensure quality control of food products

+ Make, shrink wrap, and pack pizzas

+ Stand on the production line for the entire shift

+ Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

+ Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and USDA guidelines

+ Maintain excellent hand hygiene and follow safety/hygiene plans

+ Report any food safety or quality issues to supervisors or quality assurance

+ Comply with customer requirements as needed

No Experience Necessary!

Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Stand or walk for long periods throughout the shift

+ Bend, squat, push/pull, and make fast, repetitive hand motions

+ Work in cold, refrigerated, or freezer conditions

Food Safety & Quality:

+ Immediately report any quality or safety concerns to management

+ Help maintain high standards for food, equipment, and workspace
