Job Description

Beghou Consulting LLC seeks Associate Managers, Software Development in Evanston, IL.

• Works with project teams to understand application requirements, how those requirements will be translated to Mainsail configuration tasks, and to provide cost and timing estimates.
• Tracks project tasks/timelines and communicates status updates to stakeholders.
• Recommends improvements to the configuration process
• Participate in training and supporting junior configuration team members
• Provide guidance and oversight on configuration tasks including Microsoft SQL Server data models, stored procedures, table-value functions, and triggers in the databases backing Mainsail. As well as Mainsail UI/UX JavaScript/CSS used to customize application behavior.
• Design and implement complex configuration tasks as needed.
• Continuously expands knowledge of systems by independently researching capabilities and appealing to experts (in-house or third-party) for information, as necessary.
• Provide technical support as needed.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Requires 7 years of related experience. Requires 7 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server. Requires 5 years of experience managing the work of others. Requires any amount of experience with the following: Developing SQL tables, views, stored procedures, table-valued functions, scalar functions, triggers, joins, and indexes; Relational database technologies; HTML, JavaScript, and CSS; Advanced problem solving skills; Self-motivation with excellent attention to detail; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong organizational and time-management skills; Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly. 100% telecommuting is permitted.

$153,317 - $173,317 per year. Standard benefits offered: 401K, health insurance, bonus potential, etc. Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
