We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will represent and advise both individual and business clients in a wide variety of legal matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, rulings, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Legal Counsel & Interpretation: Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations to provide accurate and strategic legal advice for individuals and businesses.

Litigation & Representation: Represent clients effectively in federal courts or before various government agencies. Present and summarize complex legal cases to judges and juries.
- Immigration Counsel & Interpretation: Interpret immigration laws, rulings, and regulations to provide accurate and strategic legal advice for individuals and corporate businesses.
- Cross-Cultural Communication: Effectively communicate, collaborate, and advocate for diverse clients coming from various countries, cultures, and backgrounds.

Case Assessment: Examine and analyze legal data, evidence, and case histories to determine the advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuits.

Criminal Advocacy: Present evidence to zealously defend clients or prosecute defendants in criminal proceedings, ensuring the protection of constitutional rights.

Legal Writing & Appeals: Prepare comprehensive legal briefs, motions, and written opinions; draft and file appeals in both state and federal courts of appeal.

Caseload Management: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills by handling a high-volume caseload, successfully managing at least 100 ongoing cases at any given time while strict adherence to legal deadlines and priorities.
