Job Description
State Farm Agent's office seeks an Insurance Licensed Sales/Service Representative-Team Member (In-Person). This is an in-office/in-person role where you’ll build relationships, educate customers, and help them protect what matters.
Insurance Producer Licenses required (P&C required; we prefer you already have them, or can obtain ASAP—training/tools provided if needed - L&H will also be required).
Responsibilities:
- Have needs-based sales conversations and recommend the right insurance solutions
- Follow up on quotes and customer questions same business day when possible
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly goals
- Provide excellent customer service, including: policy updates, claims, payment assistance, timely responses to questions /service needs, proactively resolving issues
- Support the agency by networking, building referrals, and attending community events, acquiring positive social media reviews
- Complete required State Farm product training, plus continuous training
- Maintain accurate workflow and records; manage priorities
- Document all interactions within our database
