Job Description
Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for residential properties. Inspecting prosperities and arranging for repairs and new materials as required. Arranging contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security, and other ongoing services. Keep structure of a building in repair. Repairing electrical or mechanical equipment. Installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment. Repairing buildings, floors, or stairs. Keep buildings in good shape. 2 years' experience.
