Job Description
CQI System Oversight- Develop and manage systems for ongoing assessment of IPS practices and outcomes
- Monitor fidelity to trauma-informed, ARC informed, systems of care, values, and healing-centered practices
- Recommend program adjustments based on findings
Data Collection, Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, validate, and analyze data on placement and lateral stability and well-being outcomes
- Develop reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure transparency and accessibility of CQI data
- Facilitate individuals with lived experience (youth and caregiver) and staff input into CQI processes
- Partner with DCFS regions, CWCA provers, community agencies to co-interpret findings
- Train staff on CQI principles, data interpretation, and feedback integration
- Support reflective practice and organizational learning
- Perform other related duties as assigned within the scope and responsibilities of the position to support the vision, and mission of the DCFS Child Well-Being contract with NIU
- Complete additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned to meet the priorities of the DCFS Child Well-Being Contract with NIU
- Contribute as directed by DCFS and NIU to cross functional and other initiatives as required
