Job Title: Forklift Operator (IH2) Job Description

We are seeking skilled forklift operators to join our team. Candidates will be utilizing a stand-up forklift for stocking, pulling orders, and preparing shipments. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities

+ Operate a stand-up forklift to stock and pull orders.

+ Prepare shipments and ensure they are ready for dispatch.

+ Utilize computer and RF scanner for inventory management.

+ Handle materials safely and efficiently.

+ Maintain accurate documentation of all activities.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a stand-up forklift.

+ Proficiency in stocking and pulling orders.

+ Experience in preparing and packing shipments.

+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to sit and/or stand for the duration of the shift.

+ Capability to frequently reach at waist level and occasionally above head.

+ Strength to carry up to 10 lbs and lift up to 45 lbs.

+ Ability to use basic hand tools.

+ Flexibility to frequently push, pull, bend, kneel, and stoop.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $21.00/hr.
