THE POSITION
Location: Buffalo Grove (333 Lexington Drive)
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Retail Operations team as a Store Lead for our Buffalo Grove Outlet. We are looking for a leader who will inspire and be the role model for our retail associates ensuring top-notch customer service and positive store experiences.
JOB OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations of the Arway Long Grove outlet store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and merchandising
- Provide excellent customer service by fulfilling customer requests and answering questions alongside our retail associates
- Serve customers and provide a positive store experience
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and meet sales targets
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Create employee schedules ensuring coverage of store hours
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular audits
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to optimize product selection and pricing
- Handle customer complaints, or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Conduct and provide support for company tours
- Additional responsibilities as required
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous retail experience with at least 2 years in a lead, or supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills displaying active listening skills
- Previous experience in inventory control and management and merchandising
- Ability to multi-task and remain cool and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for majority of your shift

Work Environment
