We’re expanding our team and hiring a Direct Sales Representative to help more local customers learn about the benefits of solar.
You don’t need a degree or prior solar experience—just drive, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. We offer in-person training to support your success., real-world mentorship, and a clear path to a six-figure sales career.

What you’ll do:
Assigned neighborhoods to introduce Sun Collectors and start solar conversations.
Educate homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of solar and qualify interested prospects.
Set appointments for in-depth consultations.
Attend regular training sessions to stay current on solar products, incentives, and best practices.
Represent Sun Collectors professionally at community events, booths, and local activities.
Track your leads, appointments, and results in company tools and contribute to team sales goals.
What we’re looking for
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Customer service or sales experience (retail, hospitality, call center, or similar) is a plus.
Excellent people skills—you’re friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to strangers.
Self-motivated and competitive, with a strong desire to hit goals and grow your income.
Ability to work outdoors, walk door-to-door, and stay energized throughout your shift.
Willingness to learn the solar industry—we provide all the training you need.
