Die Cutter Operators (3rd Shift) – Park Ridge, IL Area
Four openings available
Pay: 20–31/hour
Shift: 3rd shift

Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and perform make-ready’s on die cutting/foil stamping/embossing machines
Accurately place dies into position and inspect dies
Check machine operation and adjust pressure as needed
Make machine adjustments for feeding and delivery
Maintain equipment by assisting with routine maintenance
Ensure proper registration of product coming off the press
Load product into the feed section of the press
Update the supervisor on safety, quality, and productivity issues
Read manufacturing instructions from the job ticket and complete required paperwork
Assist in training new operators
Communicate effectively within a team environment across all shifts
Perform other duties as directed, assigned, or requested
Qualifications
2–3 years of die cutting or foil stamping/embossing experience
Experience with Bobst or Kluge die cutter presses preferred
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Ability to read a ruler and perform basic math functions
