Professional Security Officer – Full Time
Primary Location: Volo, IL
Wage: $23.00/HR
1st / 2nd Split Shift
Our Professional Security Officers help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:
+ Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
+ Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
+ Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
+ Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
+ Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
+ Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
+ Conduct tours of the property.
+ Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
Basic Requirements:
+ 18 years of age or older.
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Above average computer / technology skills needed.
+ Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
+ Must be able to work independently.
+ Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
+ Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
+ Must have a professional demeanor.
+ Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
+ All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
+ FA, CPR, and AED certification.
+ Security experience preferred.
