Job Description
Wellness Coach
Pay Range $15-$16
Part Time – evening shifts 5pm-8pm. 10+ hours per week with potential to increase hours.
Our Wellness Coaches provide a safe, welcoming, and positive experience for all members. You’ll be the face of the Wellness Center-present, approachable, and ready to lend a helping hand with equipment or answer questions. From keeping fitness areas spotless and organized to celebrating our members’ personal wins, you’ll help build a community where everyone feels like they belong.
Characteristics:
+ Aware of safety considerations and guidelines for individuals with limitations
+ Both motivated and a great motivator
+ Sense of privacy or confidentiality with sensitive information
+ Passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle and knowledgeable of contradictions
+ Inclusive of all levels of health and fitness, personality types, etc.
