The Associate Director of Career Management will be responsible for career advising of full-time MBA students. Included will be supporting students with self-assessment, career search and job offer decision-making. This position will also be responsible for maintaining a knowledge base of industries hiring MBAs and companies that recruit at the Kellogg School of Management with a particular focus on assigned industries. The Associate Director must also teach workshops designed to enhance students' professional development and ability to manage their career experiences.
This position reports directly to the Senior Associate Director of Coaching. This is a hybrid position - the Associate Director will be in the office three days a week, remote two days a week although there may be weeks which require additional in person work.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Supervises programs and services that provide personalized, coaching and advising that focuses on self-assessment, research, job and internship search strategies, reflection, and strategic decision- making. This includes 1 on 1 coaching as well as small group advising.
- Manages customer service; creates associated practices, procedures and metrics to measure success.
- Maintains knowledge of job market trends and hiring practices specifically in the Energy, Sustainability or Social Impact industries/areas.
- Utilizes data to inform program development and allocate resources for students.
- Partners with CMC employer relations colleagues, internal/external departments, faculty, alumni and employers to identify career pathways and create an outreach plan to engage organizations that will result in opportuni
