Job Description
Richmond Marketing is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Sales & Event Marketing Representative.
In this role, you’ll represent well-known products and services while working face-to-face with customers at retail locations and promotional events. You’ll help customers learn about available products, services, and promotions while building valuable experience in sales, marketing, and customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers in retail and event settings
- Promote and demonstrate products and services
- Answer questions and recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Generate sales and work toward individual and team goals
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience
- Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training
