Job Description
Responsibilities-
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and mobility

Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence

Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation

Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team

Complete accurate and timely documentation

Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team

Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors
