Medical Assistant Certified Rush Copley Medical Center Aurora, IL PB Multi-Specialty Clinic Nursing Support , First shift, varied shifts 7a-5p Req # 16120 Weekends Required: No $22.39-$29.86 Hourly On Call Required: No*$3,000 Sign-On Bonus!*
This position is eligible for a $3,000 Sign-on Bonus!
The pay-out schedule is: $1,500 at time of hire, $1,500 after one year of employment.
Current Rush employees are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.
Position SummaryResponsible for the care and comfort of all patients and their families.Responsible for rooming patients; taking vital signs; performing phlebotomy; assisting with procedures; maintaining appropriate practice logs; informing patients of normal lab results; patient flow and comprehensive documentation to support the care of the patient.
Position Requirements:
- MA or RMA Certification
- Certified in CPR
- Medical practice management and EMR software experience preferred (specifically Epic).
- Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel) helpful.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, detailed oriented
- Flexible; able to adapt to change
