What you'll do:
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will help lead our restaurant team and ensure exceptional guest service. Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising daily restaurant operations and service standards
* Supporting and coaching team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
* Monitoring guest needs and resolving concerns promptly
* Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper setup throughout the restaurant
* Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and company policies
What we're looking for:
* Previous restaurant or food & beverage supervisory experience preferred
* Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
* Ability to maintain a positive, organized, and productive work environment
* Knowledge of food safety and workplace policies
* Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
