Mindray North America is seeking a Clinical Educator to deliver high-quality clinical education, product training, and implementation support for patient monitoring solutions across acute care environments. This is a highly customer-facing, field-based role that partners closely with healthcare providers to ensure confident adoption, effective use, and long-term success with Mindray patient monitoring technology.
The Clinical Educator works independently while collaborating with sales, service, technical support, and project teams to support in-services, system implementations, follow-up education, and troubleshooting. This role requires strong clinical expertise, the ability to adapt training to diverse care settings, and comfort managing a dynamic travel schedule.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Education & Training
- Deliver in-services across the full patient monitoring portfolio, tailoring education to customer workflows, clinical environments, and learning needs
- Provide hands-on clinical application training across hospital departments and care settings
- Assess education needs across nursing units and specialties and adjust instruction accordingly
Implementation & Go-Live Support
- Support system installations by identifying customer workflows and configuration needs
- Provide on-site clinical support during go-live events and final implementations
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from installation to active clinical use
Customer Relationship Management
- Conduct follow-up visits and ongoing phone support to reinforce education and promote sustained product adoption
- Maintain strong, trusted relationships with clinical staff and leadership at customer sites
- Serve as a clinical liaison between customers and internal teams including Technical Support, Service, and Systems Solutions
On-Call & Field Support
- Provide on-call clinical support through the technical support line following established escalation and documentation procedures (on-call rotation begins after one year in role)
- Manage time and territory independently to meet customer education needs effectively
What We’re Looking For
Education & Clinical Background
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license from an accredited institution
- BSN preferred; alternate nursing degree accepted with 5+ years of nursing experience
- 2–3 years of active nursing experience using cardiac monitoring in acute care settings
- Strong knowledge of advanced cardiac arrhythmias, hemodynamics,
