Job Description
1. Plan menus and cook Chinese style dishes, dinners, desserts, and other food according to traditional or standard Chinese recipes.
2. Prepare restaurant specials including appetizers, soups, and many types of main dishes including vegetable, beef, pork, poultry, and seafood dishes.
3. Prepare meats, sauces and vegetables for all types of dishes prior to cooking.
4. Portion and garnish all menus items and serve to wait staff.
5. Ensure freshness of food and ingredients and maintain sanitary and safe cooking environment.
6. Keep kitchen fully stocked at all times.
