As an Admissions Nurse, you play a critical role in setting residents up for success from day one. You will:
Conduct comprehensive admission assessments
Ensure accurate medication reconciliation and care planning
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support smooth transitions
Serve as a clinical leader and resident advocate
Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Your clinical judgment, attention to detail, and compassion will directly impact resident safety, comfort, and outcomes.Qualifications
Active, unencumbered Illinois RN or LPN license
