Hiring Immediately – Bilingual Production Line Lead – Elgin, IL:
Inergroup is hiring immediately for Bilingual Production Line Lead jobs in Elgin, IL. As a Production Line Lead, you will be responsible for fulfilling work orders through the management of materials, personnel and equipment to meet established performance goals. Weekly pay starting at $22 – $24/hr.
Requirements:
+ Bilingual with ability to communicate in English and Spanish
+ Must have 1-3 years of experience leading teams
+ Must have strong personal leadership and communication abilities
+ Previous Assembly, manufacturing, or Warehouse experience
Responsibilities
+ Track daily attendance
+ Train new employees in the positions they are assigned.
+ Responsible for maintaining production high quality standards.
+ Responsible for tracking and meeting daily production goals.
+ Responsible for keeping accountability of the line production including checking the materials as arrive and returning what is left over.
+ Responsible for filling the line labor summary sheets with each production order as requested.
+ Other production, inventory, and administrative duties as needed.
Schedule – We have openings on 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift:
+ 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:30pm
+ 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 10:00pm – 6:30am
