Our client is seeking a Analyst to join their team and fill a critical gap in analytics and reporting capabilities. This individual will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, developing executive-level dashboards, and supporting strategic initiatives aligned with CIO priorities. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical reporting skills with business acumen, process improvement expertise, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data from Azure DevOps (ADO) and other sources to provide meaningful business insights.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to support leadership decision-making.
- Develop and manage reporting solutions that track key initiatives, project performance, and organizational priorities.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure data is presented in a clear, actionable format.
- Support ad hoc analysis related to financial metrics, operational performance, and strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and delivery efforts throughout the product lifecycle.

Skills and Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role.
- Strong experience with SQL, data querying, and reporting.
- Experience working within Azure DevOps (ADO), including understanding work item hierarchies such as epics, features, and user stories, as well as dashboard creation and reporting.
- Solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management and product development processes.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. – Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience.
- Experience creating executive presentations, project communications, and leadership-facing materials.
- Background in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation initiatives
