Position Overview
We are seeking a Care Coordinator / Office Administrator to manage caregiver scheduling, client coordination, and day-to-day office operations. This role is essential in ensuring consistent, high-quality care and a positive experience for both clients and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
+ Coordinate schedules between clients and caregivers to ensure full coverage
+ Maintain staffing levels and ensure continuity of care
+ Serve as a point of contact for clients, caregivers, and family members
+ Support employee relations and caregiver engagement
+ Assist with office administration and daily operations
+ Collaborate with referral sources and maintain strong relationships
+ Participate in an on-call rotation (shared across team)
Qualifications
+ 1+ year of experience in healthcare, staffing, office administration, or related field preferred
+ Background in home care, patient care, HR, or employee relations is a plus
+ Strong communication and customer service skills
+ Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
+ Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
+ Geriatric care experience is helpful but not required
+ Willing to train the right candidate
