When subbing across our district, you\’ll work with a diverse student body and supportive staff from Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade. Substitute school nurses are an integral part of the Ball-Chatham community, ensuring our students receive exceptional care during instances of illness or injury so they can stay healthy, safe, and ready to learn. This Role Is a Great Fit If You:+ Have strong clinical knowledge of medical disorders and treatments relevant to children and adolescents.
+ Are familiar with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and privacy standards governing school health services.
+ Possess a solid understanding of child growth and developmental stages.
+ Are passionate about supporting Ball-Chatham\’s vision, mission, and community values.
Preferred Qualifications:+ Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Illinois.
+ Bachelor\’s Degree (BSN preferred).
Hourly Pay Rate:+ $18.50 per hour for Nurse (LPN)
+ $28.38 per hour for Nurse (RN)
