Job Description
Lisle Savings Bank is currently seeking multiple Part-Time entry-level Switchboard Receptionists for our Maple Avenue branch.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries
- Handle badges for visitors
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties as assigned by management
