•Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
•Assist customers with inquiries, enrollment, and service requests
•Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively
•Process and update customer accounts
•Conduct online chat support as needed
•Follow established procedures and compliance guidelines
•Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing tasks
