Job Description
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including contracts, briefs, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Represent clients in court, mediation, arbitration, and other legal proceedings.
- Maintain and manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Assist in the development of case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
- Remain an attorney in good standing with the applicable state bar, including fulfillment of CLE requirements.
- Negotiate settlements, prepare for trials, and participate in hearings.
- Telecommuting is an option.
