Warehouse Associate – 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL
Schedule: 3:15 PM – 11:15 PM, Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Goodwill TalentBridge is hiring Warehouse Associates for a 2nd shift opportunity in Buffalo Grove, IL. This is a temp-to-hire role with the potential for long-term employment and full benefits upon conversion.

- Use an RF scanner to accurately pick and fill customer orders
- Pick items and place them into designated containers
- Label orders and pallets accurately
- Inspect product condition and verify order accuracy prior to shipment
- Pack and prepare completed orders for shipping
- Assist with loading shipments onto trucks
- Prior warehouse experience, including RF scanning, picking, packing and shipping/receiving
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, UPS/FedEx systems)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and remain on your feet for an 8-hour shift
- Willingness to work overtime and stay after 11:15 PM when required
- Experience with forklifts, cherry pickers, or electric pallet jacks (EPJ) is preferred but not required
