Job Description
Partnership Development Specialist (Remote)
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Fully Remote | Monday-Friday | Flexible Time Zones
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Education, or a related field preferred.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Ability to learn healthcare education programs, student placement processes, and partner requirements.
Experience Requirements
Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, business development, recruiting, account management, or healthcare outreach.
Experience with phone-based and email outreach, lead generation, or relationship-building activities.
Strong data entry and CRM documentation skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication, networking, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to work remotely using a computer, phone, and virtual collaboration tools for extended periods.
Capable of managing multiple projects, emails, and outreach campaigns simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation while handling a high volume of communications.
Job Duties
Research healthcare facilities, clinics, hospitals, and medical practices to identify student placement opportunities.
Conduct outbound phone calls and email outreach to build relationships with healthcare providers and secure student placement support.
Maintain accurate activity tracking, communication records, and placement updates within Salesforce.
Match students with qualified healthcare partners and preceptors to support educational requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate placement activities and resolve challenges.
Support documentation, approval processes, and student placement records.
Develop outreach strategies to expand placement opportunities in underserved geographic areas.
Provide professional customer service while building positive relationships with healthcare organizations.
Ideal candidates have experience in customer service, inside sales, recruiting, relationship management, healthcare outreach, or account coordination and enjoy building connections through phone and email communication.
The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
