What You’ll Be Doing- Lead and execute the North America procurement strategy, aligning sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations with business objectives and growth priorities.
- Drive procurement excellence through category management, cost productivity initiatives, supplier development, and strategic sourcing programs that improve quality, delivery, cost, and innovation.
- Partner with Engineering and Operations to support new product development, ensuring supplier readiness, supply continuity, and successful product launches.
- Advance digital procurement capabilities, including automation, analytics, process standardization, and performance dashboards that enable data-driven decisions.
- Strengthen supply chain resilience by managing supplier risk, supporting ESG and compliance initiatives, and developing sourcing strategies that mitigate geopolitical and market disruptions.
