Rate of Pay: $141,500.00 to $205,300.00 per Year
Duties: Support HR and Business leaders in connecting HR strategy to business outcomes; navigate and facilitate productive conversations with senior leaders and executives; forge relationships with key stakeholders and peers; serve as a People Data and Analytics subject matter expert (SME), leveraging human capital and business data to design and develop analytical reports that provide meaningful and actionable insights to Business Line/Function to address people-related business challenges; stay abreast on leading practices and emerging trends in the HR analytics space within the real estate and technology industries; identify opportunities for the organization to adopt similar practices and work with cross-functional teams in order to develop tactical action plans to achieve agreed outcomes; liaise with other HR subject matter experts (SME), Product Owners and Innovation & Strategy teams to source relevant information and expertise required; coordinate analytics and innovation initiatives, tracking progress and presenting findings to HR leadership team; cultivate collaborative relationships with People Partners, peers, and business leaders to create and enact change across the organization; Analyze complex, multi-faceted business problems and translate them into clear, data-driven recommendations through hypothesis testing, creative storytelling, and executive presentations ; operate with a continuous-transformation mindset, including ability to anticipate long-term consequences to decisions and ways to approach dealing with those potential realities. May telecommute.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, Information Science and Technology, or related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in an analytics-related occupation.
Experience must include:
- Data visualization software including Tableau, Power BI, Visier and advanced Excel functions for creating analytical reports and dashboards;
- Database querying and management including SQL for extracting and manipulating data from human capital and business databases;
- statistical analysis principles for to communicate quantitative analysis findings.
- HR analytics and people analytics methodology including designing analytical frameworks, interpreting human capital metrics, and developing data-driven recommendations for workforce challenges;
- Project management methodologies including managing analytical projects from initiation through completion, tracking deliverables, identifying risks, and measuring project impacts; and
- HR data analysis and reporting including creating executive-level presentations, developing key performance indicators, and translating complex data into actionable business insights
