Job Description
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs for company’s commercial kitchen equipment wholesale business. (10%) Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. (15%) Analyze data using Tableau to identify trends and areas for improvement. (15%) Build and maintain strong relationships with factory suppliers and vendors. (10%) Negotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable conditions and pricing. (5%) Analyze product categories and accounts activities, evaluate performance data, control warehouse inventory, participate in meetings with suppliers and after-market service providers. (10%) Leverage supply chain management software such as SAP SCM and tools to monitor and manage operations. (15%) Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new technologies to enhance operation efficiency. (5%) Lead, mentor, and develop a team of branch employees. (10%) Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. (3%) Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures that comply with company and legal regulations. (2%).
