This is a unique opportunity to move beyond traditional reporting and play a key role in balance sheet strategy, budgeting, forecasting, liquidity management, and financial analysis that directly impacts business growth.
What You’ll Do
+ Analyze profitability, interest rate risk, liquidity, and balance sheet performance
+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives
+ Evaluate new products, lending programs, and investment opportunities
+ Participate in financial modeling, reporting enhancements, and technology-driven process improvements
+ Contribute to high-impact projects involving data analytics, automation, and business intelligence
What They’re Looking For
+ Background in Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or Audit
+ Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, ALM, investments, or financial institution reporting is preferred
+ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively
+ Someone who naturally seeks out opportunities, asks great questions, and wants to make an impact

Requirements – At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, audit, or a related field- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements and translate findings into business insights
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Knowledge of cash flow analysis and liquidity risk management within a financial setting
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to work independently and manage priorities proactively
- Preference for experience in investments, financial institution reporting, or related financial services environments
- Effective communication skills and a curious, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
