The Machine Operator is responsible for safely and accurately completing internal and external customer orders by operating industrial sewing equipment to perform garment alterations and modifications. This role ensures all work meets quality standards, production requirements, and customer specifications while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Previous machine-operator or warehouse experience
Basic knowledge of machine operation and production processes
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to identify equipment problems quickly
Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Commitment to following all workplace safety procedures
Job Duties
Operate production machinery with accuracy and focus
Monitor equipment throughout the production process
Identify machine breakdowns and operating issues
Help troubleshoot problems and restore equipment operation
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
Adjust tools, controls, and machine settings as needed
Report equipment problems and product defects
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all production procedures and safety requirements
Support the team in meeting daily production goals
