Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION
A Centralized Profile Coordinator at SET Environmental is responsible to:
Oversee SET customer profiles and pricing requests in designated area. Responsibilities include the following:
Manage profiling process of all customer waste streams
Provide disposal options and costs as well as complete cost analysis
Determine analytical testing needs for waste streams and communicate sampling requirements to customer service/sales
Manage waste data and costs in SET database
Evaluate waste disposal pricing with regional TSDFs
Manage SET generated waste, including profiles and reporting
Effectively communicate to Customer Service, Sales and Generator requirements or address specific questions
Serve as an internal compliance resource for various regulations as pertaining to hazardous waste classification
Work closely with the Sales Department daily, supplying them with creative transportation and disposal options
Work cooperatively with Operational groups to prioritize items
Work with Centralize Profile Team members for load balancing
Perform other miscellaneous duties as necessary
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
4-year degree, preferably in a science field
4 years working in a team environment and preferably in a customer service role
1-2 years’ experience in the hazardous waste industry
Prefer previous industrial waste profiling and/or approvals experience
Working knowledge of RCRA, TSCA and DOT
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic e-mail)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid reasoning and problem-solving skills
Proven self-starter, highly motivated, sets aggressive goals
Ability to effectively multi-task while managing a heavy workload
Must be detail oriented
Requires minimal supervision and can meet goals and objectives within expected time frame
