Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher for the upcoming school year in Oswego, IL . We currently have one opening available for a dedicated educator ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of high school students.

Position Details

Location: Oswego, IL 60543

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 39 Weeks

Pay Rate: $50.00/hour

High School Resource Special Education Teacher

Responsibilities:

+ Provide instruction and support in a resource classroom setting

+ Support high school students in achieving academic and IEP goals

+ Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers

+ Deliver individualized instruction and accommodations to promote student success

+ Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IEP requirements

+ Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications

+ Current Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)

+ Appropriate Special Education endorsement

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills

+ Ability to support diverse learning needs and implement IEPs effectively
