Hourly Pay Range:$35.35 - $54.79 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position:CT Technologist
Location: Evanston Hospital
Full Time/Part Time:Resource/PRN
Hours:2pm-10:30pm, rotating weekends
Per Diem Commitment Level: Per Diem Level 1: 32-72 hrs. or Per Diem Level 2: 73-110 hrs. or Per Diem Level 3: 111-144 hrs./ per 6-week schedule
Required Travel: Yes

What you will need:
Education:Certification or Associate's degree in Radiology from an accredited program
Certification:CPRCertification required; Advanced CT Certification required, ARRT Registered required
License:IEMA license
Experience:Previous CT Technologist experience - at least 5 years preferred
Skills:Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required

What you will do:
Perform CT exams for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness and/or injury, in accordance with departmental standards, policies and procedures
Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
Complete all paperwork and submit images to a radiologist in a timely manner
Review CT's to ensure optimum quality
