Location: Glenview, IL
Pay Rate: $23.20 – $24.90 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM; Every Other Saturday, 7:00 AM-12:00 PM

What You’ll Do
+ Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, and other approved collection techniques
+ Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing according to established procedures
+ Verify patient demographics and obtain required signatures to ensure specimen labeling accuracy
+ Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing
+ Maintain accurate records and documentation while adhering to confidentiality standards
+ Provide excellent patient care and customer service in a professional healthcare setting
+ Support multiple patient service locations as needed based on business demands
+ Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
What We’re Looking For
+ A current, up-to-date resume
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
+ Strong specimen collection and processing skills
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
+ Excellent customer service and patient interaction skills
+ Keyboard and data entry experience
+ Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
+ Phlebotomy certification preferred
+ Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
+ Ability to meet compliance requirements
