Job DescriptionFresh Cut Pros is hiring experienced Landscapers / Mow Techs to join our team.
This is a full-time, outdoor position maintaining residential and commercial properties throughout the local area. Team members perform professional mowing and landscape maintenance while working from an assigned daily route.
Responsibilities include:
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Operating commercial zero-turn mowers and landscaping equipment
- Mulching, weeding, leaf cleanup, and general landscape maintenance
- Loading, unloading, and using landscaping tools and materials
- Following assigned routes and schedules
- Checking and maintaining equipment daily
- Maintaining high standards for quality, efficiency, and customer service
- Working safely outdoors in varying weather conditions
We operate on a Performance Pay system, allowing productive employees who consistently complete high-quality work efficiently to earn more.
Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, typically four 10-hour days, with occasional overtime or rain make-up days.
Pay: $900–$1,500 per week, based on experience, production, efficiency, and performance.
Open Interviews: Monday at 2:30 PM, Thursday at 5:30 PM, and Saturday at 8:00 AM. Candidates must text ahead to confirm attendance.
