Insight Global is seeking a temporary Project Coordinator, Store Programs & Fixtures to assist a large retail/healthcare client in Deerfield, IL. This individual will be responsible for coordinating fixture and store support requests, processing work orders within Smartsheet, validating project information, and partnering with stores to ensure seamless execution of store initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets, and capable of interpreting project documentation, store layouts, and virtual site walkthroughs to validate project requirements and order accuracy. The work is heavily focused on data management, order coordination, issue resolution, and communication rather than traditional construction project management.

Skills and Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in project coordination, data analysis, or order management.
Experience supporting retail store projects, fixture programs, remodels, merchandising, construction, or facilities initiatives.
Proficiency with Smartsheet and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, data validation).
Strong attention to detail and experience validating orders, specifications, quantities, and project data.
Experience partnering with field teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to interpret drawings, floor plans, layouts, and project documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
