Job Description
Hours: 3:00pm-11:00pm
CL 1 Laborer Responsibilities:
- Load and unload rims and wheel components from production lines
- Move products and materials throughout the facility
- Perform visual inspections to verify quality standards
- Support production operations and maintain a clean work area
CL 1 Laborer Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, and repetitive movements
- Ability to grip, push, pull, and manipulate materials throughout the shift
- Ability to consistently lift 50-100 pounds depending on position and department
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and assigned shifts as needed
