Job Description
Our client is currently seeking several Manufacturing Engineers. In this role, you will be part of a team designing and optimizing gear systems that enhance our product offerings. If you have a passion for innovation and a knack for leadership, we want to hear from you. The company specializes in the manufacturing of custom precision gears and assemblies for a wide variety of industries, including defense, aerospace, agriculture, mining, marine, oil and gas, printing, construction, industrial and commercial markets.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Part of a development team for cutting-edge gear systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate gear solutions into broader product designs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to gear systems.
- Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork within the engineering department.
Additional Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Strong knowledge of gear design, analysis, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record of leading successful engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex engineering challenges.
- Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, not required.
