Field Sales Representative with Leaf Filter
Job Summary

Target earnings: $55,000 to $100,000+
As a Leaf Home Field Sales Representative, you will provide potential customers with your expertise and educate them on the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. Through a quick home inspection from the street, we will teach you how to identify potential homeowner challenges for which Leaf Home has the solution.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Generate sales leads for our outside sales team by covering an assigned territory each day, canvassing and engaging prospective customers at their homes to discuss Leaf Home products.
+ Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home products and gather information for the sales team to follow up and schedule an in-person product demonstration.
+ Report daily results to the field management team and develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.
+ Ensure high-quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally and ensuring that potential customers have an exceptional experience.
+ While performing the duties of this job, you must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements.
+ Ability to walk and stand for extended periods is required.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
+ Ability to work evenings and weekends.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate articulately with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
+ Highly motivated to sell, with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals.
+ Customer-focused and results-oriented.
+ Professional demeanor and attire.
