Warehouse Associate – Bolingbrook, IL

Pay: $18.50/Hour

Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Schedule: Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday

We’re hiring Warehouse Associates for a leading distribution facility in Bolingbrook, IL. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking warehouse, shipping, receiving, order picking, packing, and inventory experience.

Key Responsibilities

+ Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

+ Receive, sort, and stage incoming inventory

+ Load and unload products safely and efficiently

+ Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)

+ Maintain accurate inventory records

+ Follow warehouse safety procedures and quality standards

+ Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications

+ Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required

+ Experience with shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, or inventory control is a plus

+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

+ Basic computer and scanner skills

+ Strong attention to detail and reliability

+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
