Job Description
Deliver specialized working sessions to major to ensure optimal use of Atoll’s RF; Provide high-level technical support to clients by diagnosing and solving complex network issues related to Atoll’s RF planning software; replicate problems within a controlled software environment, conduct detailed technical analyses, and implement engineering solutions; Collaborate with the Research and Development (R&D) team to identify and advise product improvements based on real-world customer feedback; Lead the initial deployment and migration process for Atoll’s software solutions with clients and transition clients from other tools to Atoll; Utilize advanced knowledge in RF planning and optimization software, including the use of Atoll, 5G, LTE, In-Building, and Small Cells planning
