in Hancock County, IL
Job Description
● Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across our facilities — ventilation, water, feed systems, electrical, plumbing, and general building upkeep
● Catch problems before they become emergencies, and act fast when they don’t wait: if animals are without food, water, or air, you stay until it’s fixed
● Order and organize parts, tools, and supplies so the team never runs out mid-job
● Coordinate and mentor a small maintenance team so they can handle substantial tasks on their own
