The KeepStock IT Operations Specialist serves as the first point of contact for KeepStock-related technical support, providing frontline assistance to field partners and customers. This role is responsible for resolving common hardware, software, access, and application issues, accurately documenting support interactions, and escalating issues when appropriate. The IT Operations Specialist follows established processes, service standards, and knowledge resources to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience while supporting continuous operational improvement. Compensation is $19/hour.
